Refund Policy

Our products are digital files that are made available for download as soon as a purchase completes. For this reason, sales are generally final once the file has been downloaded.

We want every customer to be satisfied, so the exceptions below always apply.

We will refund a purchase if any of the following apply and we are unable to resolve the issue for you:

• The product is broken, corrupted, or does not work as described, and we cannot provide a working fix or replacement.

• You were charged but never received access to the product.

• You were charged more than once for the same item by mistake (duplicate purchase).

Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date.

Email us at kty2291@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase. Please include your order ID (from your receipt) and a short description of the problem.

We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.

If something is wrong with your order, please contact us first — we can almost always resolve it quickly. Opening a chargeback or payment dispute before contacting us delays the process for everyone.

This policy does not limit any rights you have under the consumer-protection laws of your country. Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, note that by purchasing and immediately downloading a digital product you may consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that the withdrawal right can be lost once the download begins — but we will still honour a refund for any faulty product as described above.
